Majestic Colonial vs Majestic Mirage. We are a group of 4 adults in our mid-30’s looking to travel in mid-January of 2021, and we are trying to decide on Colonial or Mirage for our stay. We would do the adults only option at whichever hotel we choose. Would love your input as to the differences of the two and which you would recommend.

The Elegance does have more Club rooms and perks then the Colonial Club, but otherwise we like both and in fact there are things we like better about each. Post #1 - I don't think Coolist stayed at the Colonial just the Elegance and Mirage.

The food at the two is comparable. At times Excellence might be a little better, but Elegance has more variety and choices. Night life we found really boring at Ex. , and quite enjoyable at Majestic. I don't know where you got the idea that ME is more "crowded", unless you are talking about the beach.

A shuttle is provided to bring you to the beach area. The Elegance is slightly more elegant but the Colonial has more of a family vibe. They are next to each other, so the beach is the same. Both are lush and tropical as well as compact.
